Project Update 0207

In this section,I learned how to use modifier to make icing more real.For example,we can use the solidify of modifier to increase the thickness of  icing.Then using face project of snap could pull out the icing shape and let it fit over the donut.

Once I completed the general shape of the icing, I started to learn how to make the drip icing.Using E to squeeze it out the basic shape and change mode to sculpt mode to use Inflate and Grab brush to help user get the water drop shape of icing . 

After using texture paint ,I completed this donut.

 Actually at the beginning of this semester,I am puzzled about future direction.At that time I found 3D modeling is interesting so I plan to learn the blender and follow some tutorials to make small models to ensure my career goal. After spending a whole semester learning and practicing 3D modeling, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy this creative process. It gives me a strong sense of achievement, and I see it as a potential direction for my future career.

 How to make different donuts such like making different sprinkles  ·using modify:simple form to bend the column During this process, sprinkles are still straight and looks so strange. Rotation is a good way to change direction of sprinkles. I rotate the original four initial sprinkles to change the whole disrection of spinkles and apply rotation otherwise it will not save the data of Rotation.
